When will my order arrive? Delivery times

Orders will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours on weekdays and Saturdays. If you place your order on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be processed the next business day. If you haven't received your package within this time, please contact our customer service. For more information, please see the Shipping and Delivery section.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping will be free when your order total exceeds:

  • Spain – Peninsula: Free shipping on orders over €80.
  • Spain - Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over €250.
  • Portugal – Peninsula: Free shipping on orders over €250.

If your order is domestic and under €80, the shipping cost will be €4.95. For international shipping and other shipping information, please see our Shipping Terms and Conditions.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check its status. You can also check the shipping status of your order on the Correos Express website.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

You cannot change this yourself. Please contact our customer service department. Call us or email clientes@4elementos.es with the subject line “ Incorrect Shipping Address + Order Number ” and include the correct address. You can return the item (in full or in part) until January 5th.

Is it necessary to have a customer account to place an order?

Yes. To make a purchase in our online store, you must have a customer account. If you don't already have one, you can register on our website. This way, you'll have access to all your orders, be able to check their status, add multiple shipping addresses, and more. You'll also be able to enjoy exclusive promotions for registered users.

How will I know if my order is processed correctly?

You will receive an order confirmation email, where you can see all the details.

If after checking your email you confirm that you have not received the confirmation email, please contact our customer service department, they will resolve the issue for you.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

You will normally receive your order invoice to the email address you used to place the order.

If you haven't received it, don't worry. You can download the invoice through your customer account, in the "Orders" section. There you will have access to your order history and the receipt .

Can I cancel an order?

If your order is not yet being prepared, we will do our best to process your cancellation. If the preparation process has already begun, it will not be possible to modify or cancel it.

Send an email to clientes@4elementos.es with the subject “Cancel + Order Number” and explain in the message which product in the order you wish to cancel, or if you wish to cancel the entire order.

Is it possible to modify an order?

We cannot modify your order. Changing sizes or substituting one product for another is not possible. If this is the case, we will cancel your order and refund your money so you can place a new order with the correct products.

If you made a purchase and forgot to include a product, you will need to place a new order with that item.

I placed an order for several items, but I've only received some of them. Will I receive a second shipment?

If your order contains multiple items, it may not all fit in a single box, or the items may be stored in different warehouses. Therefore, you will receive it in separate shipments. If you have already received the first package with some of the items, the second will be arriving soon. You can check the shipping status of your order on the Correos Express website using the tracking number you received in your email.

Can orders experience delivery delays during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, etc.?

Due to the high volume of orders during special dates, logistics companies often experience overloads in their delivery service, and in addition, the preparation period for your order may take a little longer than usual, although we try to ensure that orders leave our warehouses as soon as possible.

Regarding returns

How many days do I have to make a return?

You can return your order (in full or in part) within 15 calendar days from the day you receive it. For orders placed on or after November 23, 2023, the return period is extended until January 7, 2024.

How can I return an online order?

You can exchange or return any item from your order in the following ways:

  1. Send an email to clientes@4elementos.es with the subject line "Return+Order Number" . Specify which products you wish to return.
  2. Visit any 4Elementos store to make an exchange or return. Remember to bring your receipt and the items in their original box or packaging.
Why might a return be rejected?
  • That the product has been returned after the established return period.
  • That the product or its original box is not in perfect condition.
  • That it has not been adequately protected and has deteriorated.
  • Returns will also not be accepted for products that show dirt, damage, or other evidence of use.
How and when will I receive my refund?

All refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds may take 24 to 72 hours to process after they are submitted.

Can I return sneakers without their original box?

If you do not have the original product box, it is not possible to process your return.

The same applies to clothing and accessory packaging.

What should I do if the product I purchased does not match the one I received?

If upon opening the package you find that the product does not match the one you ordered, please contact our customer service department.

We will handle your issue as soon as possible.

About the product

Are your products authentic?

All the products we sell at 4Elementos, both in our physical stores and online, are 100% authentic. We work directly with each brand, without intermediaries.

What happens if the product has a defect?

If any product delivered by us unexpectedly presents a defect, or fails to meet the legal guarantee, please inform our customer service department.

You can submit your complaint by sending an email to clientes@4elementos.es with the subject line "Defect + Order Number" . We recommend:

  1. Please clearly specify what defect or problem the product has.
  2. Please include several images or videos that clearly show the defect and the overall condition of the item.

4Elementos will evaluate your claim and, if it is valid, we will request a collection of the defective product. Following our protocol, we will assess the condition of the items and proceed with the refund.

How do I know my size?

In all products, when you open the "sizes" menu, just above the available sizes, you will see a submenu where you can select the size conversion to EU, UK, US, or CM.

There can be differences in sizing between different brands, or even within the same brand, between different models. That's why we recommend you carefully check the size equivalencies.

Can there be sizing differences between different brands? And what about sizing within the same brand but for different models?

Yes, of course there can be differences between the same size but from different brands, and even within the size range of the same brand.

Therefore, as we mentioned in the previous point, when you select the size of a product you can select its equivalent in US, UK or cm and better ensure your purchase, in addition to having a Size Guide section.

If a product is out of size, is it possible to get it?

When a product is listed as out of stock or unavailable, it's unlikely we'll restock it. Our catalog includes limited-edition items and exclusive collections, so restocking is improbable. However, you can enter your email address in the box next to the product to receive a notification if it becomes available again.

What are Launches?

In the launch menu you will find the most exclusive products, hard to find on the market, with few units, and which, therefore, have a specific release date.

In exceptional cases, there may be changes to a product's launch date. These variations are due to instructions issued by the brand itself, or are related to logistical issues, but are always beyond the control of 4Elementos.

What are Raffles?

Raffles are physical or virtual draws in which you win the chance to buy the most limited editions of clothing, shoes or accessories from certain brands, designers or artists.

They're really raffles where if you win, you can buy things.

The exclusivity of the limited edition is no longer simply a matter of being able to afford it; chance will determine whether or not you have access to the product.

The way raffles work varies depending on the store, as each retailer has complete freedom to set the rules. Therefore, we recommend that if you participate in one, you carefully read our terms and conditions and all the requirements to ensure your entry is valid.

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

We offer various payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Shopping at 4Elementos is completely secure.

How do discount codes work?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it during checkout. There you'll see your order summary and a box where you can enter the promotional code. Enter it and click "add" to apply your discount.

All product orders are subject to availability. If supply difficulties arise, or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order these substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

2. Exceptional circumstances that deny the processing of an order

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on it. Although we will do our best to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order, even after we have sent the order confirmation. Such exceptional circumstances include:

- orders that are considered fraudulent thanks to substantiated evidence provided by our security department.

- massive attacks on our website, or abuses in the form of contracting through the use of automated tools that tend to create confusion because they are not a real consumer or prevent the proper functioning of our sales and operations.

- any operation in which practices are observed that are contrary to our sales policy and that artificially and/or through attacks on our website, threaten the ability to manage orders and the conclusion of sales.

We therefore reserve the right to refuse any transaction, regardless of its processing stage, in which any of the aforementioned exceptional circumstances are observed, and in general, in all transactions where practices contrary to our sales policy and/or website terms of use are observed. In all these cases, we will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether that product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any material or content from the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

If any of these fraudulent purchases put the online platform at risk or cause technical problems, 4Elementos will take legal action against those who cause these types of attacks, whether as the main intention or as a consequence of the automated purchase of products, whether from the same or multiple IPs.
