Right of withdrawal

You can change or return (in full or in part) your order for no reason within 14 calendar days from the day you place your order.

In that Within this timeframe, you must inform us that you wish to change or return any or all of the items in your order in the following ways:

  • b. By sending us an email to clientes@4elementos.es indicating the order number and explaining the change or return you wish to make.
  • c. By going to any 4Elementos store where you can make the exchange or return free of charge.

The 20-day period from the date the order is placed will be considered valid provided the order is delivered within the shipping times specified in our terms and conditions. ( See Shipping Times )

If an order is delivered after the indicated delivery time, this return period will be increased by as many days as there are days of difference between the time of delivery and the delivery time indicated.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To proceed with a partial or full refund of an order, or to exchange any of its items, you have the following options available, and remember, It is essential that your return or exchange is accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice and return document. in case of placing the order online and of the original box or packaging , otherwise we will not be able to process the exchange/return:

1. Exchange/Return in physical store - Free

You can go to any 4Elementos physical store ( see stores ) with the items you wish to return or exchange, along with the original invoice and return document. The items that accompanied your order (you'll find them inside the box we sent you) can be exchanged or returned at our stores. Remember that it's also essential to present the original box or packaging of the items without any damage.

Once the store processes your return, we will receive a notification at the returns center, which will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum of 10 days.

2. Online Return

Below are the steps to return your products online:

  1. Place the items to be returned inside a box for protection (it can be the same one they arrived in) and seal it well. Inside the box you should find the order invoice and the items you wish to return in their original box/wrapping.
  2. On the outside, stick a label (an A4 sheet would do) indicating how sender your data and how addressee the shipping address we indicate below:

  3. Go to a transport company (MRW, Seur, UPS, DHL, Correos Express, etc.) and proceed to send the package.
  4. We don't charge handling fees for returns, but The customer must cover the shipping costs of the same.
  5. Once the package arrives and we verify that the items, along with their corresponding boxes/wrapping, are not damaged or defective and have not been used, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund.
  6. We will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 10 days from when we receive your return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  7. It is essential that the package you send us arrives at our facilities (address indicated above) and not that it is deposited at a collection point, therefore we advise against sending it via Correos in "Letter" mode.

3. Online Exchange

This option is not available. We do not accept online changes.

Return the item you don't want and place a new order.

4. Returns of orders purchased in physical stores

For orders placed in physical stores, whether regular purchases or "Express Sales Orders" (those placed in one of our physical stores and shipped to the customer's chosen address), refunds will not be issued. Instead, a voucher with no expiration date will be issued for the same value as the returned items.

* Remember, for Express Sales Orders, you will be issued a purchase voucher, either online or to redeem in 4Elementos physical stores, for the value of the items you wish to return (shipping/return costs are not refunded).

5. Express Order Returns

"Express Order" refers to orders placed in one of our 4Elementos physical stores and sent to the address specified by the customer.

In this ordering method, The order amount is not refunded. In the event of a return, a voucher for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs) is issued to be redeemed at any time; that is, the voucher issued has no expiration date.

If you wish to return an item from an Express Order, you can do so:

  1. You can return the item(s) to a 4Elementos store within 15 calendar days of placing your order. Remember to bring the original invoice/receipt, return form, and the item(s) in their original packaging/boxes.
  2. Send the items you wish to return to the following address within 15 calendar days from the time of placing the order. These items must also be accompanied by their original box or packaging, invoice/purchase receipt and return document: IKONIK STYLE, C/PASEO 27 Bajo, 32003 Ourense (Ourense).

* Remember, for Express Orders, you will be issued a purchase voucher, either online or to redeem in 4Elementos physical stores, for the value of the items you wish to return (shipping/return costs are not refunded).

Additional Notes

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of said period (20 calendar days from the time of placing the order), through the means indicated at the beginning of this page.

The items must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 10 calendar days counting from the day of notification of withdrawal.

You are expected to handle and inspect the items in the same way you would be allowed to in a store (with due care) until you decide to accept them. All returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Failure to comply will result in your liability for any diminished value of the items, and we may refuse your return and refund. See below for the effects of withdrawal.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel and return your order in accordance with the terms mentioned above, we will refund you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 10 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. However, we will withhold the refund until we receive the returned items. We will refund the purchase price paid for the returned goods (shipping/return costs are non-refundable) provided that the order is returned in its entirety (all components, including the original box or packaging, are included and undamaged). We will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Claims policy if the products are defective:

As a consumer, you have the right to the legal guarantee of the country where you reside.

Under the legal guarantee, you have the right to the products:

  1. They must not have any defects at the time of delivery;
  2. They correspond to what was agreed upon, what is indicated in our offer.
  3. They meet the necessary characteristics for use under normal conditions.

If, despite everything, any product delivered by us unexpectedly presents a defect or fails to meet the legal guarantee in any other way, please inform our Customer Service by submitting your complaint via email to clientes@4elementos.es

To help us resolve any potential issues, we recommend:

  1. Clearly explain what defect or problem the products have.
  2. that you include several images of the products where it is clear what defect they have and what their general condition is.

After reviewing the items and contacting the relevant brand for a response regarding your case, we will inform you of the next steps. If your warranty claim is valid, we will refund the purchase price.
