Credit/debit card and Bizum: Through the bank's secure payment gateway. To guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of transactions, they are carried out using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 256-bit security keys. Credit card details and telephone numbers are never stored; they are used exclusively for the payment process. Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, 4B) and debit cards with the MasterCard/Eurocard or Visa logo are accepted.

Paypal: If you have a PayPal account, you can use this payment method in our online store 4elementos.es. You can also pay in 3 interest-free installments with Paypal Later.

Klarna. Pay in three interest-free installments.

Sequra. Pay in three, six or twelve installments.

On 4elementos.es Purchases cannot be made through the following methods :

  • Bank transfer.
  • Cash on delivery.

SSL encryption

As a general rule, all areas related to the order completion process and MY ACCOUNT are secured using the SSL protocol, which protects against unauthorized access. The URL in your browser's address bar that begins with https:// indicates that you are in a secure area.

When you place your order or select "Buy" on the product details page, you may be redirected to your bank's website to verify your payment. This is an additional step added by European regulations to improve security when you make online purchases.

For security reasons, your bank may instruct you to verify the purchase. This new experience will only apply to certain purchases, payments, and subscriptions.

Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. The transaction will be processed through our 100% secure payment gateway.

To verify the card payment:

  1. Follow the instructions on the bank's website.
  2. One of the verification mechanisms that the bank may ask you to use is a unique security code.
  3. Check your email inbox or phone for the code and enter it when prompted.
  4. The bank might also ask you to verify the purchase using facial recognition or fingerprint technology, if you have it set up.

Once this is done, you will be redirected back to the purchase page and receive a confirmation that your order has been processed successfully.

It may be necessary to verify if you use a credit or debit card to complete an order or sign up for a new subscription, and it may also be necessary if you change your payment method.

This verification process is not necessary when paying with a bank account.

What to do if the verification process fails

If you were unable to verify your payment method when processing your order, you can try again through My Orders.

If you continue to see an error message or are unable to complete the verification successfully, please contact your bank.

To complete the verification correctly, make sure that:

  1. You are the account holder. The bank will only send a code to the cardholder.
  2. You entered the code correctly. Look for the code in your text messages and email account (check your spam folder).
  3. Your bank has up-to-date personal information, including your email address and phone number, and you have downloaded the latest version of your bank's app.

If you are unable to pay by credit card, there may be several reasons; please check if it is one of the ones detailed below:

  • The expiry date of your card
  • Enter all the numbers on your card, and without errors.
  • You may have exceeded your spending limit; you should check this with your bank.

PayPal

Through this system, the PayPal payment platform will be opened for you; from that moment on, the payment for our products will be governed by the specific conditions that the PayPal platform makes available to you.

How does Pay in 3 interest-free installments work?

Paying in 3 installments lets you split the cost of your purchase into three equal payments. Each installment will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you entered at checkout. Your first installment will be charged when we confirm your order, and installments 2 and 3 are scheduled for 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always manage your scheduled payments in the Klarna app.
